Our story

Pizzinini´s butcher shop, is an artisanal company which guarantees. Expertise, tradition and innovation. Our butchery, located in San Cassiano is a family business wich was founded in 1958 and is now run by the third generation of butcher masters. It all started with the founder Gottfried, known as „Gotti“, it continued with his son Walter and now with his grandson Matthias.


We attach great value to the best processing and craftsmanship and our goal is to offer to our customers the best quality meat from the local breeding in the Val Badia.

Our products

The transport and slaughter of animals are professionally carried out by us with the respect and dignity of the animals.
Our meat maturing technology (also known as „Dry aged meat“), acquired from more than 60 years of experience, gives us the possibility to offer our customers a niche product. This means that we can guarantee our customers, the best quality of meat products. A culinary excellence with fantastic properties.


Our production includes a wide range of exquisite specialities such as sausages, salami, bacon, dumplings, marinated meat and ready meals.
We get the game-meat from local hunters and use it to process and refine: salami, ragout and other tasty dishes from it.
The many years of experience and care, ensure a first-class result. We also sell wines, schnapps, liqueurs, various types of cheese and other delicacies from our region.
